By making a purchase with Petoo, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

We are Kinematic Foodtech Private Limited ("Petoo"), a company registered in India under company number U55101KA2015PTC078596 and with our registered office at 197/4, Sadguru sainath international school road, Kudlu village, Off Harlur road, Bangalore - 560068

  • This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we provide our services ("Website Terms"). Please read these Website Terms carefully before ordering any food items from our Website. You should understand that by ordering food items via the Website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms.

  • All prices are inclusive of taxes. Service Tax may apply.
  • On the occasion that any item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and relist the product at the correct price

  • We only store necessary information required to make a purchase.
  • Your credit card information is not stored by us and is always processed across a secure server.
  • We do not sell data, we only sell great food! All information left with petoo.in is entirely confidential.

Online Order
  • Our customer service will call you only when they need some clarifications. All communications after placing an order will happen on email or through the mobile app
  • An order number will be generated once the order is confirmed.
  • Items ordered from website are subject to availability at the store location as per the location chosen by you.
  • We deliver within 3 KM radius of our store.
  • Order will be delivered as fast as possible, usually within 45minutes. Time of delivery will vary and will be indicated to you while placing the order.

Cancel and Return Policy
  • Order once placed can't be withdrawn and no refund will be provided.
  • If for any reasons the delivery of orders can't be made, then the Company will provide refund to the customer.
  • Any refund, claim, demand, etc. will be entertained by the company through its own resources and payment channel shall not be liable this.
  • No obligation lies upon the payment channel for non-delivery or wrong - delivery of the order or any complaint about quality etc. All such issues shall lie with the Company Only.
  • Customers are requested to provide acknowledgement against delivery in the petoo mobile app
  • In any case the liability of the Company is fixed for a maximum of Rs.300/- or the value of order(refund via same source), as the case may be.
  • In case of any compliant, query, grievance the customer can contact to the Customer Relation Officer at the phone number or email Id or address as mentioned over the food container.
  • Refund will be processed through the original mode of payment which was used while placing the order. Refund may take upto 15-20 working days, depending on the bank.

Service Guarantee
  • Order contains up to 3 biryanis or 1 family pack.
  • Order contains up to 3 kebabs along with the biryani.
  • Order is placed through online food ordering aggregators
  • Maximum liability for Petoo is Rs. 300.
  • Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point
  • Service guarantee is not applicable when store operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order
  • Petoo reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation
  • Service guarantee shall not be applicable on Festivals or holidays
  • The service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery
