Sales Manager

7+ years of managerial experience in direct sales, franchise sales, retail sales, insurance sales or other long cycle sales

Key areas of responsibilities

Plan strategies for franchise expansion and drive growth by leveraging the team

Handle entire sales cycle from lead sourcing, prospecting, negotiations to closure

Manage/guide team and follow internal sales management processes
