Sales Associate

1 - 3 years of experience in direct sales, franchise sales, retail sales, insurance, holiday, telecom, heavy machinery, investment/finance sales or other long cycle sales

Key areas of responsibilities

Generate franchisee prospects, call leads, meet prospects and close the sales

Handle entire sales cycle from lead sourcing, prospecting, negotiations to closure

Travel within city and outside city for meetings and closure

Desired skill sets

Passion for sales

Excellent communication skills, perseverance and self driven

Very strong people management skills

Should be number driven

Should have deep understanding of sales cycles, strategies and customer psychology

Experience in direct sales is a must (Experience in business development or marketing will not be counted)

Must be willing to work in odd hours or weekends as per client's need.
