Either have an entreprenurial experience of building ones own company/being among the leadership team of any startup.

or have 10+ years of experience in direct, B2B, retail, insurance or any other long cycle sales.

Passion and perseverance for sales.

Someone who loves to develop a market and team from scratch.

Excellent communication skills.

Should be numbers and self driven.

Very strong people management skills.

Should have deep understanding of sales cycles, strategies and customer psychology.

Strong ability to handle rejections.

Should understand the limitations of working in a bootstrapped startup.

Desired skill sets

Plan strategies for franchise expansion and drive growth by leveraging the team.

Handle entire sales cycle from lead sourcing, prospecting, negotiations to closure.

Build/manage/guide team, develop and follow internal sales management processes.
